You will work in a small role at the heart of how processes are shaped across an international setting, learning from experienced colleagues and contributing your own ideas.

Colleagues come from many nations, and several languages are spoken in the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve global processes and workflows, finding bottlenecks and building practical fixes with the teams involved.
• Write clear process documentation, standards and instructions that help people work in a compliant and consistent way.
• Run process improvement work using Lean and Six Sigma methods, track KPIs and produce reports that are easy to read.
• Work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and central departments so that processes match business goals and compliance needs.
• Prepare and deliver training so colleagues can understand and apply new processes in their daily work.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in process design, engineering, or an R&D environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical or laboratory settings is a plus.
• A solid grasp of Lean Management and process design methods, with strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis methods.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation, process descriptions and work instructions.
• Some first experience in project management and process improvement.
• Comfortable communicating with teams and functions from different countries.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, change management or training is a plus.
