Description

The role leads a Product Strategy and Operations team covering the machine learning and AI platforms at the company. The team sets strategy, operating rhythms and capabilities that let associates build, train, deploy and scale models and generative and agentic AI applications across the business.

The company wants an analytical, strategic leader with strong product judgment and a record of setting up product operations and turning product vision into execution. You will bring deep knowledge of AI and ML technology, emerging infrastructure and autonomous multi-agent systems for generative AI. Prior leadership in product strategy, product operations, analytics or insights is ideal.

You will define product strategy, roadmap priorities and operating frameworks based on technical understanding and user experience. You will champion internal users, such as data scientists and engineers, by simplifying their workflows and speeding adoption of generative and agentic AI solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, TPM and other cross-functional partners, you will build end-to-end product operations mechanisms and strategic planning processes.

As a Business Director, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges, working with experienced colleagues to develop and test strategies that affect the bottom line. The team is collaborative and rewards new responsibility, continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor associates to develop and retain talent. You may manage and develop multiple analysts.

Requirements

  • Show a track record of making decisions and solving problems with analytics, combining conceptual thinking with strong quantitative skill. Much of the business relies on rigorous analytic marketing and credit risk management.

  • Build and get the best from a high-performing team and business partners across the enterprise. Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold partners accountable and consistently deliver results.
  • Communicate at an executive level, in writing and speaking. Influence strategically and drive agreement through reasoning, relationships and negotiation.
  • Focus intensely on short- and long-term goals. Drive and execute an agenda in uncertain, fluid conditions.
  • Have a record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • You need a bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of quantitative analysis, at least 4 years of qualitative analysis, at least 2 years of people management and at least 2 years of project management.
