Business Developer - FX Financial Solutions

It now has more than 2000 staff across nearly 70 cities and keeps hiring.

Its platform brings business accounts, hedging and financing together in one place, and the company builds its own cash flow tooling.

Business development is one of several career tracks, alongside engineering roles.

This role sits in the Warsaw sales team and suits someone who wants to start a sales career in international finance.

Your early calls will build your sales skills and a network across international markets, and you will learn enough about the industry to move into management later.

Two career routes are open: moving up to Head of Desk, where a typical promotion to Sales Executive comes within 12 months, or becoming a client portfolio manager who advises on key accounts.

The company uses AI tools for administrative recruitment tasks only, and people make all hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by contacting decision-makers in different industries.
• Research each prospect, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to present international payment and FX solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals, which will drive both your earnings and your progression.
• Work with internal teams so new clients get a smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• You are a recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• You want to work in B2B sales or client-facing roles, or you already have that experience.
• No FX background is needed, since potential matters more to the company than your CV, and training is provided.
• You speak Polish fluently and English at business level.
• You are genuinely interested in financial markets and how global trade works.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the drive to reach ambitious targets.

Conditions

Based in the Warsaw office, with 4 days in the office and 1 day of home office per week.
