The company is a fintech that helps businesses grow across borders. This is a graduate role as a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate in Madrid.

Founded in 2009, the company has 2000+ staff in nearly 70 cities. Its single platform brings together business accounts, hedging and financing to help clients run and scale global cash flow.

You start a sales career in international finance, selling FX and global payments, with the aim of becoming a top salesperson in that field. Each client call builds your sales skills and your network, and the work gives you industry knowledge that can lead to management roles.

Teams across the company range from business development to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by contacting decision-makers in a range of industries.
• Research prospects, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions.
• Present your offer, negotiate and close deals. Your results directly affect your earnings and how quickly you progress.
• Work with internal teams so that new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• A recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Desire or experience in B2B sales or in a client-facing role.
• No FX experience is needed. The company values potential over your CV and provides full training.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English.
• A real interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the drive to meet ambitious targets.
