Description

Are you curious about how strong consumer brands are built and brought to life across different channels? We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Intern to join our international team for six months.

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience across brand campaigns, product launches, consumer insights, marketing analytics, social media, PR, partnerships, and influencer marketing. You will work on multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and learn how creative ideas, consumer insights, and data come together to shape effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the briefing, planning, and coordination of brand and product campaigns across different channels.
  • Contribute to product launches, brand partnerships, promotional activities, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and help develop creative campaign ideas and channel-specific concepts.
  • Support influencer campaigns, including creator research and selection, briefing, content review, deliverable tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with PR activities such as research, media monitoring, campaign coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Research potential brand partnerships and support campaign activation.
  • Help manage and monitor the brand’s online presence, ensuring consistent messaging across social media and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends, growth opportunities, and new ideas.
  • Analyse campaign results and marketing metrics, such as engagement rates and impressions, to understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and localisation of digital assets, point-of-sale materials, and translation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including CRM, sales, design, and local marketing teams, as well as external agencies and production partners.
  • Explore how AI tools and emerging marketing technologies can support research, content development, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject.
  • You are comfortable working in an English-speaking, international environment.
  • You are organised and able to manage multiple projects at different stages.
  • You have strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • You are interested in consumer brands, social media, PR, partnerships, and creator or influencer marketing.
  • You understand key marketing channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing.
  • You have basic analytical skills and an interest in using insights to support decisions.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You are interested in creative content development and collaborating with design teams.
  • You are curious about AI tools and how they can be used in marketing.
  • You have valid authorisation to work in the EU.
  • You are ideally available for a six-month, full-time internship of 40 hours per week.
  • This internship will give you broad exposure to the different areas of brand marketing within a fast-paced, international organisation. You will strengthen your campaign and project-management skills, learn how to turn consumer insights into marketing decisions, and gain practical experience working across social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, retail, and CRM channels.
  • We also want the internship to reflect your interests. Where possible, we will give you opportunities to explore additional topics within the team, helping you develop experience in the areas of marketing that interest you most.
  • If you are creative, curious, organised, and eager to learn how an international consumer brand connects with its audiences, we would love to hear from you.
