This role sits in the Shared Services Process Automation team in the IT department, which works on making collaboration tools more efficient across the whole company.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Atlassian Cloud setup consistent, scalable, reliable and well governed across Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Support engineering, IT, business and operations teams by protecting platform integrity, standardizing configurations and designing efficient workflows.
• Apply architecture best practices across the platform.
• Map processes, improve task flows and build automations that connect multiple systems.
• Look beyond native Atlassian features when improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3, 5 years working hands-on with administration and engineering of Atlassian Cloud products: Jira, JSM and Confluence.
• Deep knowledge of Jira design, including workflows, schemes, permissions, license management, custom fields and project setup.
• Experience building and maintaining JSM structures such as request types, SLAs, queues, automations and customer portals.
• A proven record of designing advanced automations that use internal and external REST APIs.
• Hands-on work with process automation, scripting, and both native and third-party integrations.
• Experience configuring Confluence, managing spaces and structuring knowledge bases.
• Ability to turn complex business processes into scalable, easy-to-use configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance, integration and configuration issues.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
