Responsibilities

  • Set the channel strategy for paid social across Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit, using your expertise to meet client KPIs and grow results.

  • Track paid social trends and give the client a consistent story about how each trend affects their business goals.
  • Create, enforce and refine paid social processes and best practices, including consistent use of Asana, platform QA frameworks and internal standards across teams.
  • Set project and test priorities against available resources through clear conversations with the team and the client.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for the internal team and the client on test recommendations, correct setup and measurement, so results can be measured, applied and used to improve performance.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams by onboarding people, delegating well, coaching people managers and creating inclusive, collaborative environments with high impact.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of paid social advertising experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • A proven record of scaling paid social programs for enterprise or highly complex clients.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to explain paid social goals, targets and direct-response tactics to clients and to work hands-on in the details when needed.
  • Proven experience planning, launching and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns, including setting up and analyzing brand lift studies.
  • Strong organizational, strategic and communication skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once and teach optimization tasks to several team members simultaneously while finding ways to streamline performance growth.
  • A demonstrated ability to build a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
  • A proven ability to develop and carry out strategic paid social plans that match client objectives and produce measurable business growth.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing platforms, market conditions and client needs.
  • Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
  • Extras that would impress us:
  • Proven experience launching new channels and building accounts from scratch, including setup, testing and scaling to hit performance goals.
  • Hands-on experience planning, launching and optimizing paid social campaigns on emerging platforms such as Reddit and X.
