Lead SEO and GEO content strategy across a portfolio of medium to large client accounts, linking client goals, audience needs, competitor gaps, and performance data to clear priorities and measurable results.
Set the direction for complex SEO and GEO content programs, balancing search demand, how people use generative search, and the client's business aims.
Build content strategies, briefs, and outlines, and write, edit, and optimize content when needed. Review AI-assisted drafts and lead final quality checks, depending on client needs, account setup, and team capacity.
Guide content from first idea through final review, keeping accuracy, clarity, brand fit, user experience, and SEO and GEO performance at a high standard.
Use keyword and prompt research, citation analysis, audience insights, and competitor findings to build brand visibility and authority in both traditional and generative search.
Apply AI tools to research, briefing, drafting, editing, and quality checks, while keeping people in charge of accuracy, source quality, originality, brand voice, and subject expertise.
Manage and mentor content strategists, and improve the frameworks, workflows, templates, and editorial standards that let the team produce quality content at scale.
Work with technical SEO, analytics, design, development, digital PR, paid media, project management, and account teams to deliver joined-up strategies for complex client needs.
Spot ways to grow existing accounts. Help with pitches, proposals, scopes, staffing plans, and capability presentations. Track changes in search, AI platforms, content discovery, and audience behavior, and turn them into practical advice for clients and the team.
Identify opportunities and risks across accounts, and help clients see how content supports visibility, authority, consideration, and business growth.
