Description

The company is publicly listed on Nasdaq and provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking to large individual, family, corporate and institutional clients worldwide.

It has operated since 1889, brings more than 135 years of financial experience and employs over 24,000 people.

This role builds the data, analytics and reporting that show how Application Security runs: its operations, governance, coverage, service performance and team effectiveness.

The work is hands-on. You combine data from several enterprise systems, build analytical datasets and measures, produce operational and executive dashboards, find data-quality gaps, and automate recurring data and reporting work.

Prior cybersecurity or Application Security experience is not required. The company is looking for strong enterprise analytics experience and someone who can turn an existing backlog of requirements into scalable analytical products.

The company describes a flexible, collaborative culture with a strong record of financial stability. People can move between roles, senior leaders are reachable, and staff are encouraged to support the communities it serves.

Responsibilities

  • Merge data from several enterprise systems into analytical datasets, metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Build dashboards and reports that help operations managers and executives make decisions.
  • Spot data-quality problems, missing links, conflicting source records and reporting gaps, then push for workable fixes.
  • Automate extraction, transformation, validation, refresh and monitoring so reporting stays current and reliable.

Requirements

  • Practical experience combining data from multiple enterprise sources and shaping it into analytical models, measures, metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience building dashboards and business intelligence products in Power BI or a comparable enterprise reporting platform.
  • Experience automating data collection, transformation, validation, refresh or reporting through APIs, data-integration platforms, scripting or similar technologies.
  • 8+ years of relevant work in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data integration, operational intelligence or a closely related area.
  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred: advanced Power BI skills, such as Power Query, DAX, semantic modeling, dashboard development, visualization or report optimization.
  • Preferred: experience with ServiceNow data structures, workflows, APIs, reporting features or related integrations.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise data governance, metadata, lineage, reconciliation, master data or information-quality practices.

Conditions

Base pay range: $94,620 - 160,740 USD, a good-faith estimate of base salary.
