We're building a talent pool of exceptional professionals who would like to be among the first people we contact when new opportunities become available.
Why HSO?

You’ll design and implement cloud-based machine learning and AI solutions, establish robust development and MLOps practices, and resolve complex technical or architectural challenges. You’ll also play an important leadership role by coaching technical colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping HSO stay across emerging AI technologies and use cases.
This role is broader than model development. You’ll consider the complete solution, including data, cloud infrastructure, security, privacy, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance of production AI and machine learning solutions.
Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, scope opportunities, and recommend practical technical approaches.
Lead AI projects end to end, working independently or guiding a multidisciplinary project team.
Design and apply appropriate AI, cloud, data, integration, and solution architecture patterns.
Build maintainable, well-tested solutions that use cloud technologies wherever appropriate.
Establish and improve machine learning development lifecycles using DevOps and MLOps practices.
Identify and resolve complex technical, architectural, security, and performance issues.
Provide technical support and identify opportunities to improve the reliability and maintainability of existing solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
Facilitate customer workshops that support discovery, solution design, knowledge transfer, and the adoption of new technologies.
Produce clear technical documentation to support project delivery and ongoing operations.
Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to new customer and business challenges.
Coach and mentor technical colleagues, supporting their project delivery and professional development.
Contribute to technical standards, reusable patterns, best practices, and continuous improvement across HSO.
Proactively identify project risks and provide practical solutions and mitigations.
Design or implement supporting components outside machine learning where these are required for a complete solution.
Promote a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture by demonstrating HSO’s values in everything you do.
What You’ll Bring

Sound judgement regarding when technical, delivery, or customer issues need to be communicated or escalated.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from a range of backgrounds.
