  • Build clear AI/ML roadmaps and strategies that match client goals and make good use of the cloud platform's AI and data services.
  • Design and build complete AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform, covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Do hands-on delivery, testing, and user training.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver client projects and set up repeatable processes and best practices for a professional services group.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and applications.
  • Proven experience with the Gemini model family, from integrating and customizing Gemini Enterprise solutions to developing and fine-tuning custom Gemini models.
  • Hands-on experience with core GCP services used for AI/ML, such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or NodeJS/ES6, along with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methods, and of team tools such as Git and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
  • Preferred: Cloud platform professional certifications.
  • Preferred: Professional services experience designing and delivering large enterprise solutions.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of security and IAM tools and principles.
