  • Run in-depth analyses and give actionable insights.
  • Train and support business users so they use the analytics tools well.
  • Help prepare budgets, strategic plans, business reviews, business development explorations and operational forecasts.
  • Contribute to data-related business projects that find efficiencies, opportunities and risks, for example the commission scheme.
  • Work with senior engineers and data scientists to design and build AI agents using machine learning, including large language models (LLMs).
  • Drive the regional forecasting process, supporting the regional executive committee in budget preparation and the local logistics team in capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for manipulating, transforming and querying data.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools, such as Google BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python, for data processing and automation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain things clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to condense large volumes of data into clear visuals such as graphs, charts, diagrams, dashboards and pivot tables.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics or a related quantitative field.
  • Certifications in cloud data platforms or data engineering are a plus.
