The company is an applied AI technology firm that works with large institutions to redesign their critical operations. Its customers include major companies in telecom, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and consumer goods, along with global social organisations.

The company builds and deploys technology for AI-native operations, both for its partners and for itself. Its work covers research into self-constructing systems, reliable execution of AI systems, and products for mission-critical workflows. Its technology touches hundreds of millions of consumer interactions, tens of millions of supply chain transactions and millions of patient journeys.

  • Make sure systems meet high standards for observability, reliability, security and maintainability.
  • Improve development workflows, evaluation methods and deployment approaches as the AI platform evolves.

Requirements

  • Work hands-on, collaborating closely with customers, setting system architecture, and building high-impact AI systems from prototype to production.
  • Help set technical direction on major customer projects, guiding enterprise teams through AI adoption and deployment.
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong skill in Python or TypeScript.
  • Experience building and running LLM-powered applications or AI agents in production.
  • Experience with modern LLM tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Guardrails, MCP or agent frameworks.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines, tool use or multi-step AI workflows.
  • Strong grasp of evaluating, debugging and monitoring AI systems.
  • Experience building reliable production systems using current DevOps practices.
  • Experience deploying AI systems in enterprise environments: a plus.
  • Experience across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure: a plus.
