Description

The company is a Growth Invention firm that helps ambitious brands grow faster, working where technology and marketing meet.

With more than 4,000 specialists across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data, it is half tech and half marketing, works through partners, and aims to move first.

Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay and OpenAI. The company has been a Certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.

As an AI Engineer you will design, build and ship AI solutions for clients in many industries, working with multidisciplinary teams on hard business problems using current data, machine learning and AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Turn client problems into data-driven solutions built on predictive models and AI.
  • Advise clients on AI use cases, test ideas through proof of concepts (POCs), and roll out systems that scale to production.
  • Build and run end-to-end AI systems, prioritising scalability, observability and ongoing model performance tuning under MLOps practice.
  • Create multi-agent and AI workflows, coded from scratch or built with low-code tools, that reliably bring data, tools and context together in production.
  • Design modular, robust backend services following SOLID principles so they are maintainable, testable and easy to plug into wider software.
  • Design, document and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs that link AI workflows to end-user applications.
  • Collaborate with back-end and front-end engineers, DevOps, strategists and clients, taking a lead role in aligning work and delivering impact.
  • Explain complex technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through progress updates, demos and presentations.

Requirements

  • A strong technical foundation and the ability to take AI systems from concept to scalable production.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
  • Experience across the full GenAI lifecycle, including observability, prompt optimisation, evaluation, deployment and production monitoring.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and their AI services, such as SageMaker, Azure ML or Vertex AI.
  • Solid Python skills and experience writing clean, testable, reusable code in professional software development.
  • Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions, covering ingestion from multiple sources, embedding strategies and integration with vector search databases.
  • Immediate availability to start working in Budapest, Hungary.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling RESTful APIs to connect AI capabilities to wider client systems. FastAPI preferred.
  • Experience with containerisation and deployment, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Git-based collaborative workflows.
  • A basic understanding of cloud security, authentication, scalability and guardrails for real-time AI applications.
  • A strong theoretical grounding in deep neural network architectures, such as transformers, and a proactive approach to exploring emerging ML and AI technologies.
  • An MSc in a technical field focused on software, data or AI, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
