AI Architect (Microsoft AI & Automation)

This role focuses on enterprise AI and automation solutions built with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Lyzr, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI and GenAI architectures from start to finish.
• Guide the build of AI agents and copilots in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
• Create intelligent automation with Power Platform.
• Set up frameworks for AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Write architecture standards, reference models, and technical documentation.
• Lead and advise development teams and stakeholders on technical direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Lyzr, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• A strong grasp of AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

Conditions

Base pay varies by location and other factors. As required by law, the base salary for a hire in Piscataway, NJ is $145k-$160k per year, plus benefits.
