The AI Architect sets the strategy and architecture for enterprise AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI, and oversees their governance and adoption. The work covers scalable AI platforms, intelligent agent ecosystems, enterprise knowledge architectures and governance frameworks that keep AI secure, trusted and aligned with the business.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise AI strategy, architecture standards, reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Design, implement and govern AI platforms on Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.
• Build Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, memory frameworks and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Promote the use of interoperability standards such as MCP, A2A, OpenAPI and enterprise integration patterns.
• Create enterprise knowledge architectures using knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, metadata management and agentic retrieval.
• Architect RAG solutions using vector databases, graph databases, hybrid search and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Set up AI and agent governance frameworks covering security, compliance, risk, responsible AI and policy enforcement.
• Put in place AI observability, tracing, monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement with OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tools.
• Work with business, product, security, data and engineering leaders to deliver strategic AI initiatives.
• Lead technical mentoring and architecture governance, and set best practices for LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD and cloud-native operations.
• Assess emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks and industry standards to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering or cloud platforms.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML, Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS and GCP, enterprise integration, security and scalable distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
• Preferred: Cloud and AI certifications from Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Preferred: Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs in large global organizations.
