Description

The company is an IT consulting firm that delivers technology solutions, with consultants working in partnership with its customers.

Responsibilities

• Use business analytics, customer segmentation and data mining to link and examine relationships across separate datasets containing structured and unstructured information.
• Draw insights from a mix of unstructured, semi-structured and structured data using advanced analytics.
• Maintain data and move or transform it between applications with suitable software.
• Spot opportunities for system enhancements and new capabilities, and prepare concept demonstrators and capability business cases.
• Train users as new systems and capabilities go into operational use.
• Represent the GPC program on technical teams or consortiums.

Requirements

• Be familiar with MS Office and data mining, and able to build, change and maintain databases.
• Have hands-on experience with SPSS, SAS or MatLab, MS Office and Access, and the Windows operating environment.
• Have used software for advanced statistical analysis of operational data and visualization tools, including Tableau.
• Develop mathematical algorithms and applications for complex requirements.
• Identify system enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators and capability business cases.
• Provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.
• Take a leadership role on technical teams or consortiums.
• Communicate well orally and in writing, build good interpersonal relationships, and work cooperatively as a team member.
• Desired: experience working with or on certification programs and policy development.
