3DExperience Project Manager (Bilingual - FR)

This is a bilingual role leading the business side of rolling out the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM solution for Completion activities. You will make sure the solution meets operational needs and business goals.

You will be the main business representative on the project. You will work with the IT Project Manager, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver the PLM solution and get people using it. You will also lead a team of Business Analysts and Business Experts and keep all stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner and final decision-maker for the business rollout of the 3DX Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution across Completion activities.
• Work with the IT Project Manager to run business and technical workstreams from start to finish.
• Make sure the PLM solution fits business requirements, day-to-day processes and strategic goals.
• Manage and coach the Business Analysts and Business Experts, giving them direction and support.
• Run workshops, requirements sessions, process reviews and key stakeholder meetings to reach decisions and keep everyone aligned.
• Define, analyze and improve business processes so the PLM solution can be deployed and adopted over the long term.
• Track project progress, spot risks and issues, and put mitigation plans in place to keep delivery on time.
• Oversee business testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments and deployment preparation.
• Encourage communication and teamwork between business teams, IT teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Lead change management and user adoption work to get the most value from the PLM solution.
• Make sure deliverables meet business expectations and help improve Completion operations over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of experience with PLM systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on work with the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.
• A proven record of delivering PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification, which is required.
• Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and PLM implementation.
• Solid project management skills across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methods.
• A record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent French, which is required.
• Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
