2027 University Graduate - Technical Support Consultant

  • Hybrid
  • 0-3 years

Salary

$54,900 - 106,800/ year

Description

The company's Customer Engineering team for its content management platform is a group of specialists who help enterprises build, deliver and improve digital experiences at scale.

The team supports platform developers and business users worldwide with performance tuning, problem solving, debugging hard issues and getting more out of the cloud service.

As an intern, you will get hands-on work with one of the most capable enterprise content management systems available, building internal tools with platform experts to make customer support, workflows and team operations run better.

You will see how high-scale systems are kept running in production while building your technical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative setting.

The role suits you if you enjoy technical puzzles, like building tools that make other engineers faster, and want a direct effect on customers.

The team spans the cloud stack, including Java, Sling and OSGi, the company's cloud runtime and microservices, CI/CD tooling for the platform, and React and GraphQL on the frontend.

2026 interns work in a hybrid arrangement, splitting time between their assigned office and home. You will be based in the office where your manager or team sits, and managers set how often you come in to meet priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the platform's stack, from authoring and publishing through the backend (Sling, OSGi, Oak) to the frontend (HTL, React).
  • Build internal tools and automations that speed up diagnostics and support work.
  • Review current processes, find ways to work more efficiently, and build practical fixes.
  • Investigate and resolve platform issues, learning the debugging methods used in enterprise settings.
  • Write and update internal documentation and wikis so information keeps flowing.
  • Take part in team discussions and standups, learning agile practices and support methods.
  • Work with stakeholders in Product Engineering and Customer Success to understand how operations cross teams.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled full time in a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field, or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Your expected graduation falls between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, JSON and XML.
  • You know a language such as Java or Python and understand object-oriented principles.
  • You communicate and collaborate well.

Conditions

Hybrid: you split time between your assigned office and home, based at the office where your manager or team is.

The US pay range is $54,900 to $106,800 per year. Pay within that range depends on work location, job knowledge, skills and experience, and your recruiter can confirm the range for your location.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic.

Benefits

  • Starting pay is a base salary, with short-term incentives paid through the Annual Incentive Plan.
