Description

The company was founded in 2004 and specialises in designing, building and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing setups for brands. It works with more than 300 clients across over 40 countries.

Role: Web Content Manager

Responsibilities

  • Build, edit, publish and maintain web pages in the CMS using existing components to deliver approved designs and content.
  • Create page designs and layouts in Figma that follow the design system and component standards.
  • Turn business and content requirements into clear, engaging pages that are easy to use.
  • Handle day-to-day updates to copy, images, links, documents, metadata and calls to action.
  • Make sure pages meet UX/UI, accessibility, responsive design, SEO and brand standards.
  • Test pages on desktop, tablet and mobile before they go live.
  • Suggest and help shape improvements to components, templates and page experiences.
  • Work with UX/UI designers and developers to define new components or functionality when needed.
  • Plan content updates and release schedules across several sites and stakeholders.
  • Own website governance, covering content consistency, quality and lifecycle management.
  • Work with client stakeholders to understand their priorities, advise on timelines and effort, and raise risks early.
  • Use performance and content data to recommend changes that improve client results.
  • Set a high standard for quality, governance and consistency, and share good practice with colleagues.
  • You will work directly in the CMS and Figma and handle routine updates without development support.
  • You will work with UX/UI, development, marketing and business stakeholders and point out where components, templates and processes could work better.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS, including building and checking pages on your own.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma and component-based design systems.
  • A solid grasp of UX/UI and responsive design principles.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility and web content best practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several priorities and stakeholders at once.
  • Clear, collaborative communication with design, development, marketing and client teams.
  • A proactive approach to improving how pages, components and processes work.
  • Advanced use of Gen AI tools for web content tasks such as drafting, metadata, alt text and QA support.
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for yourself and your team, and showing others how to use AI tools well.
  • Agentic thinking for complex, multi-step work, such as breaking a multi-site release into clear stages.
  • Understanding of what AI can and cannot do, with close human oversight of everything published.
