Description

The company is a growth invention firm working at the crossover of technology and marketing, with around 4,000 specialists across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. It is split evenly between tech and marketing, works largely through partners, and has been a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI.

This is a hybrid UI design role in the company's Zagreb or Split offices. You will join a team of digital designers and create polished experiences for international clients.

You will turn finished digital products into their final form. You care about branding, and you want what you build to look and feel right. You want to work alongside people many in the industry consider the best.

Responsibilities

  • Turn strategy and UX work into precise interface designs.
  • Work closely with UX designers on the final product and its delivery.
  • Back your design decisions with annotations and animations.
  • Present your work to clients and stakeholders, then process their input and feedback.
  • Own the quality of the final delivery and how it is implemented.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in the same or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of sophisticated experience design and solid knowledge of digital platforms. Agency experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
  • Experience designing websites, apps and other digital products.
  • A strong portfolio, shared as a website or PDF, that shows your experience and enthusiasm for digital design.
  • You work well in cross-functional teams and can talk the language of UX designers, copywriters and developers to turn ideas into reality.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to both senior client stakeholders and engineers.
  • Expert-level Figma skills are required. Motion design and prototyping experience with tools such as Framer or Jitter is a major advantage.
  • You actively explore AI-powered design tools and workflows to speed up ideation and prototyping and to improve design results, while keeping craft and human-centred design at the centre.

Conditions

Hybrid working.

Based in the Zagreb or Split office.

Benefits

  • Transparent career development and pay.
  • Flexible hybrid working policy.
  • Supportive, rewarding and healthy company culture.
  • Supplemental and additional health insurance.
  • Third pillar pension fund.
  • Referral bonus programme.
  • Contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform, plus a multisport programme.
  • Certified B Corp since 2021, and named Agency of the Year at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
  • Work with clients of every size, in every industry, and celebrate wins together.
  • Training, development and certifications to build your skills further.
  • Global annual DEPT Cares Month, when employees donate their skills to local charities.
