Technical Recruiter

Description

You will join a national IT management consulting firm that connects business goals with technology, designing, building and managing technical and digital solutions for some of the world's largest companies.

This is a technical recruiting role that owns hiring from first search through to offer, working closely with the talent acquisition group and the leaders of each service line and practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage each hire from sourcing through to offer.
• Work with talent acquisition, service offering leads and practice leads to find strong candidates.
• Design recruiting plans that keep a steady pipeline of high-performing consultants who will strengthen the company's reputation.
• Find and approach passive candidates across several channels, and use AI tools to draft search strings and job descriptions.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates and explain why the company is a good place to work.
• Screen applicants and make sure every candidate has a good experience from start to finish.
• Grow the company's employer brand to draw in and keep in touch with future candidates.
• Help with internal recruiting projects.
• Move candidates through the process in SmartRecruiters (ATS), keeping thorough notes, feedback and records.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recruiting, with a focus on technology roles.
• Experience hiring for software engineering, data engineering or management consulting roles is preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting in consulting or staffing is preferred.
• A collaborative, positive team player who builds relationships easily.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with several stakeholders to understand what the business needs.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Past experience building and maintaining a pipeline of high-performing consultants.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and switching priorities quickly.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, Docusign and other sourcing platforms.
• An AI-forward approach, with experience in tools such as Co-pilot, Co-work and LinkedIn AI tools.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role.
