You would join a team working on the base technology of the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, keeping work on schedule against set objectives.
• Work through unclear, changing problems by adding structure, clarity, and steady progress.
• Engage stakeholders early to learn their needs, line up priorities, and close gaps.
• Build and maintain program schedules and drive the team toward milestones.
• Advise the team and other colleagues on business processes for standard programs and recurring issues.
• Spot likely complications early and plan practical mitigations and fixes.
• Report program status, risks, and decisions clearly and briefly to partners and leadership.
• Adjust quickly when environments and priorities shift, keeping key deliverables in focus.
• Apply knowledge of business management, product management, and operations.
• Bring cross-functional resources together to solve unusual, complex problems, including where no clear path exists.
• Explain complex ideas clearly, anticipate objections, and win over senior leaders to a different view.

Conditions

Full-time, regular position.

Travel up to 20% of the time.

Relocation assistance is available.

Based in Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA.

Base salary range is $140,000.00 - $192,500.00, set by location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity with current team members.

For sales roles, the posted range is the Target Total Cash range, the sum of base salary and target bonus at 100% goal achievement.
