You would join the Production and Architecture Consulting team in Client Services, which works with clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The team assesses, runs and improves MX.3 production environments through technical guidance, architecture reviews and reliability plans.
The work sits between reliability, production support and technical architecture: you help clients track down hard production issues, spot reliability risks, and raise the availability, performance, security and resilience of business-critical systems.
You work closely with clients and with the company's development teams to build solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main technical adviser for your assigned clients, learning how their production systems work and what they care about most, and bringing in the right experts to deliver dependable fixes.

Take part in on-site and remote architecture reviews of MX.3 environments, judge their health, flag reliability risks, and agree a ranked improvement plan with the client.
Carry client priorities into the company and follow up on product fixes and improvements with the development teams.
Size infrastructure and plan capacity for workload growth, operational efficiency and testing.
Help design disaster recovery plans and other measures that keep production resilient.
Help put platform security requirements in place, including encryption of data in transit and at rest.
Help build monitoring, alerting and observability, including APM and infrastructure dashboards.
