Technical Architect, Incentives

This role sits within the company's work on vendor and customer incentives and rebates, and the team is working to shape the future of health.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of platforms for vendor and customer incentives and rebates, covering accruals, settlements and compliance.
• Define and deliver end-to-end solution architectures that follow enterprise standards and business strategy.
• Build and assess business cases, ROI models and analytical frameworks to inform investment decisions.
• Drive large-scale business and technology transformations across commercial and finance areas.
• Work with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into solutions that are scalable, secure and compliant.
• Advise on business process optimization and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Use SAP Vistex V4, S/4HANA, AI and cloud platforms to modernize and automate enterprise capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers in adopting architecture best practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems or related roles.
• Proven experience with vendor/customer incentives or rebates management systems.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Vistex V4 and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong experience in solution architecture design and enterprise integration.
• Demonstrated ability to build and evaluate business cases and financial models.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Consulting experience in business process design, optimization or strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Optional: experience with AI or ML-driven insights and automation in commercial platforms.
• Optional: knowledge of cloud-native architectures on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Optional: familiarity with compliance, audit and regulatory requirements in rebate systems.
• Optional: experience integrating incentives platforms with ERP, finance and sales systems.
• Optional: strong understanding of data architecture and analytics frameworks.
• Optional: a track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving adoption.

Conditions

Base pay range is €56,900 to €94,800.

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market reviews and geographic market, and stays compliant with applicable regulations.

Other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentives, may be offered on top of base pay.
