Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover)

Description

This is a maternity cover role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, so you would take on recruitment work that needs covering during the absence.

You would run hiring from start to finish and work with hiring managers to find and choose good candidates.

You would also build ties with schools and universities and speak for the company at recruitment events and career forums.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and keep the candidate database current.
• Plan the selection of candidates for open positions alongside line managers.
• Fill all open positions in the company through both internal and external channels.
• Carry out every step of attracting and selecting employees.
• Keep in touch with schools and universities and organize activities that promote the company and draw in talent.
• Take part in employer branding events and career forums.

Requirements

• A higher education degree in HR management, psychology, business administration or a similar field.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection, and prior work experience in this field.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Very good skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Conditions

Full-time position based in Sevlievo, Gabrovo, Bulgaria, not remote.
