Description

The company builds games, platforms, products and customer experiences for players around the world.

This is a senior hands-on recruiting and advisory role covering many positions across the company, with a focus on technical and technology hiring.

You will work directly with business leaders to set hiring needs, plan recruiting approaches and deliver strong hiring results.

Hiring priorities shift with business needs. The main focus is Engineering, Data & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, and Architecture.

Expect to manage 15-25 requisitions at a time, using talent intelligence, market research, sourcing skill and recruiting tools to shape decisions and build pipelines for the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle hiring across a wide range of roles in the company, using talent intelligence, market data, competitor insight and proactive sourcing to build pipelines, adjust approaches to market limits and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and main recruiter for technology roles, including Engineering, Data Analytics & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, and Architecture, while supporting hiring in every function and business unit.
  • Before a search starts, work with business leaders to define role outcomes, target profiles, assessment plans, priorities and realistic market expectations.
  • Build repeatable, scalable recruiting workflows with Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Metaview, Paradox, Textio, Draup, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Give candidates a strong experience through clear, open communication, considered engagement and well-managed processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including significant experience hiring technical talent in global, complex or fast-growing organizations.
  • A proven record recruiting in at least one of these areas: Engineering, Data Analytics & AI, Information Security, Infrastructure & Cloud, or Architecture.
  • A solid grasp of modern technology environments, software development methods, how technical teams are organized, and where the market is heading.
  • A consultative style that lets you influence leaders, question assumptions and turn strategy into practical hiring plans.
  • Advanced sourcing and research skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, engaging passive candidates and reaching out proactively.
  • The ability to analyze market data, pipeline metrics and talent intelligence and turn them into practical recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An organized, proactive approach that stays inclusive and compliant.
  • Experience using recruiting technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, consistency and candidate experience.
  • Role content and hiring decisions are subject to human review and approval by the company, even where AI-assisted tools were used to edit the posting.
