Shape searches with functional leaders: Translate business needs into clear role scopes, candidate profiles, and interview plans. Help leaders define what they need today and what will serve the business as it grows.

Find and engage exceptional talent: Map relevant companies and talent markets, build targeted pipelines, and engage passive candidates through thoughtful, compelling outreach.

Advise hiring decisions: Bring market insights and candidate evidence to conversations about experience, seniority, compensation, and team structure. Challenge assumptions and help leaders navigate tradeoffs.

Run rigorous hiring processes: Design interviews that assess functional expertise, judgment, and ability to operate at Rogo’s pace. Equip interviewers to evaluate consistently and drive timely decisions.

Close critical hires: Understand each candidate’s motivations, communicate the opportunity clearly, and partner with leadership on offer strategy and negotiation.

Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience: Build trust through clear communication, strong preparation, and consistent follow-through from first conversation through close.

Improve how we hire: Use Ashby and pipeline data to identify gaps, remove bottlenecks, and strengthen sourcing, assessment, and closing practices. Manage external search partners where needed.
