The team is hiring one engineer to lead engineering work across the company's internal enterprise systems. You will work with IT leaders to move support from reactive fixes to AI-driven automated resolution that prevents issues before they happen, while keeping systems fast, secure and easy for staff to use.

Responsibilities

  • Create reliable integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring tools and enterprise SaaS, owning everything from infrastructure to end-user tools.
  • Handle enterprise issues, using automation to shorten mitigation and resolution times.
  • Run and troubleshoot large-scale collaboration, productivity, AI and infrastructure systems.
  • Find the root cause of complex failures that span several systems, spot patterns in repeat tickets, and build automation or self-service fixes.
  • Write and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles that raise the team's capabilities.
  • Coach teammates on troubleshooting methods and systems thinking.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree, or have comparable practical experience.
  • Have 8+ years in SRE, enterprise support or DevOps, including work with SaaS, hybrid cloud and AI/ML environments.
  • Have built production-grade agentic workflows, such as multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
  • Have solid software engineering fundamentals, with deep experience building products and running large-scale systems.

Conditions

Applications are accepted at least until November 6, 2026.
