Sign Up to ReadThe company builds privacy-preserving, standards-based digital identity and credentialing products. Individuals keep control of their information, while governments and enterprises get secure, interoperable services. Public-sector organizations are the main partners, and the work focuses on modernizing how identity is issued, verified, and used.
This is a Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer role. You will deliver the company's digital identity solutions directly to customers and partners, leading medium- to large-scale technical projects. You will work alongside internal engineers and outside stakeholders to make implementations succeed.
The job mixes hands-on engineering, technical project leadership, and stakeholder work. You will meet with customers to pin down what they need, turn those needs into technical plans, and coordinate teams to keep projects moving.
The ideal person has deep technical skill, has independently led complex engineering work, and can build trust with both technical and non-technical people. You should be at ease with unclear scope, competing priorities, and owning results. Background in digital identity, security, privacy, or credentialing is a strong plus.
