Description

The company is a publicly traded (NASDAQ) global leader in continuous glucose monitoring. It started as a small firm 25 years ago and is now widening its focus toward consumer health technology.

The Americas Program Management team turns strategy into coordinated commercial execution. This role works across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, and regional and country teams to deliver product launches, market expansions, and key initiatives across the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned commercialization programs, launch workstreams, feature releases, market expansions, portfolio initiatives, and product lifecycle transitions across the Americas.
  • Build and maintain integrated readiness and launch plans, with timelines, milestones, action trackers, dependency logs, dashboards, and program updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with product, marketing, sales, market access, regulatory, supply chain, operations, customer support, IT, finance, and regional and country stakeholders.

  • Support readiness for pricing and access, product setup, distribution, order-to-cash, forecasting, supply planning, sales enablement, customer support, and marketing rollout.
  • Work downstream of product readiness teams to find, assess, escalate, and help reduce risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Work with regional marketing and country teams on localization, country plans, launch sequencing, regional priorities, and global timeline dependencies.
  • Report on program health, readiness status, action items, decisions, risks, and budget or resource impacts for your programs.
  • Help improve launch frameworks, playbooks, templates, dashboards, tools, governance routines, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Be a highly organized, influential leader who works well in a fast-paced, matrixed setting and can juggle competing priorities and several workstreams at once.
  • Bring strong program management skills in planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive communication.
  • Have led complex cross-functional commercialization, product launch, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence people without direct authority.
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational rigor to create visibility, accountability, and alignment.
  • Anticipate risks and put mitigation plans and corrective actions in place to protect launch timing, quality, compliance, and commercial readiness.
  • Be proficient with program management and reporting tools that give clear visibility into milestones, program health, and portfolio delivery.
  • Typically hold a Bachelor's degree and have 13+ years of related experience. At this level, a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
  • You may also bring experience in medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, consumer health, or technology.
