Responsibilities

  • Run the People data foundation across the enterprise data ecosystem, including workforce data models, pipelines and data quality on Snowflake, so that the workforce data is certified and trustworthy.
  • Set and enforce data governance and metric certification standards, and align teams on one source of truth for core People metrics across the company.
  • Lead the building, launch and uptake of scaled workforce analytics products on Visier and Snowflake, moving recurring reports from spreadsheets to self-service tools that are simple to use.
  • Work closely with People AI and technology teams to build governed data layers and semantic architectures that let AI models and agents produce reliable workforce insights.
  • Lead, coach and grow a strong team of data and analytics professionals, building a product mindset that focuses on measured usage, operational discipline and business results.

Requirements

  • You build things hands-on and move quickly, turning complex architecture into dependable, production-ready pipelines and analytics products.
  • You make decisions based on evidence, using analysis to find the facts, keep metrics accurate and remove inconsistencies in workforce data.
  • You make complicated architecture and large reporting demands simple, turning them into clear data products and self-service tools.
  • You communicate clearly, candidly and respectfully, and build strong working relationships with People, IT and enterprise data teams.
  • You design data foundations, governance models and team practices that scale for a fast-growing global organization and evolving AI capabilities.
  • You have a working understanding of AI and ML and experience using, securing or proposing AI-driven solutions to improve results in your area.
  • You have 8+ years in People Analytics, workforce analytics, data engineering, BI or analytics products, including 3+ years managing people who lead technical and analytics work.
  • You have a strong background in modern cloud data architecture, with hands-on experience designing and running workforce data models and pipelines on Snowflake.
  • You have a proven record building, scaling or managing People Analytics platforms and tools such as Visier, Workday, Tableau or Power BI.
  • You have shown you can improve data quality, set up metric governance and create certified semantic layers in complex enterprise settings.
  • You have a strong product mindset and have simplified large reporting portfolios, moving teams from manual reporting to scalable self-service analytics.
  • Preferred: experience designing semantic data layers and governance frameworks for generative AI tools, LLMs or autonomous agents.
  • Preferred: deep knowledge of workforce data privacy, role-based access control (RBAC) and regulatory compliance in enterprise HR settings.
  • Preferred: a record of leading large dashboard rationalization programs that retired legacy reporting and drove measurable self-service adoption.
