The current application set is SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and ClickBoarding, which are planned to be merged into one platform within 3-5 years.

Working closely with HR business partners is central to this role. You will work with technologists, vendors and engineers on projects and support, doing hands-on configuration and testing and coordinating across teams on enhancements, reporting and analytics, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Talk with business partners to learn the processes in scope and their requirements, for both support and project work.

  • Find workable answers when the systems cannot do what is needed.
  • Configure the system and build reports using Report Stories, BIRT and other native reporting tools.
  • Help design the authorization model and work with engineers on enhancements and automation involving SAP BTP, automations and AI.
  • Run project work for the applications and modules in scope.
  • Handle day-to-day support for those applications and modules, including tickets, adopting vendor releases, IT governance tasks and enhancements.
  • Navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management data, and write RICEF specifications.
  • Keep reviewing and improving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other third-party SaaS solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Systems Engineering or another relevant technology field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years delivering high-quality HR or IT solutions, including project and support work.
  • 5+ years with core HR systems, preferably SAP HCM or SF Employee Central, covering the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors.
  • 3+ years with SaaS HR solutions, mainly SuccessFactors; optional: SmartRecruiters and PageUp.
  • 3+ years gathering requirements, modeling solutions and documenting them.
  • Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0). Knowledge of the Employee Central, BizX and IAS touchpoints is required.
  • Understanding of SaaS recruiting solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several priorities in a quick-moving setting.
  • Foundational grasp of HR Talent Management processes for the applications and modules in scope.
  • Strong project and task management, with a record of successful delivery.
  • Proven ability to work across business, operations and IT, including engineering and development, to build joined-up solutions.
  • Available for critical after-hours production deployments, system upgrades, data corrections and patching.
  • Able to work with people across several office locations and geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with PageUp and SmartRecruiters SaaS solutions.
