Description

The company makes the company, a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, an AI assistant and AI agents on one secure, open platform. It offers more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, a choice of LLMs and robust APIs, so organizations can govern, scale and customize AI without vendor lock-in or lengthy implementations.

The company's Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map links between people, content and activity to produce personalized, context-aware answers. Its agents work across teams using enterprise and public data, structured and unstructured, historical and live, with measurable results such as faster onboarding and hours of weekly productivity gained.

The company has been named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies list (Top 10, 2025), CNBC's Disruptor 50, Bloomberg's AI Startups to Watch (2026), the Forbes AI 50 and Gartner's Tech Innovators in Agentic AI. It has more than 1,000 employees in over 25 countries and serves customers in 50+ industries.

The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, to move its iOS and Android apps from wrappers around the web app to fully native apps built in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose. You will set the technical foundations for these new codebases and use AI to build a refined, polished mobile experience.

The integrations you will work on are used daily in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub and more.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship native iOS and Android apps in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
  • Deliver user-facing features end to end, including search, the AI assistant, agents, notifications and OS integrations such as widgets, App Intents, share extensions and live voice modes.
  • Make the apps feel native on each platform, following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design, with strong accessibility, performance and offline behavior.
  • Define the mobile architecture, covering module boundaries, networking, persistence, concurrency, observability and performance budgets.
  • Own mobile CI/CD: automated builds and tests, code signing, TestFlight and Play Store deployment, phased rollouts and release health monitoring.
  • Set up an AI-native development workflow with an agent-friendly repo, automated test generation, AI-assisted review, and tooling that lets coding agents build, run and verify mobile changes.
  • Build, sign and ship enterprise app variants with their own configuration and distribution requirements.
  • Own mobile authentication end to end, including OAuth 2.0/PKCE, OIDC/SAML SSO, secure token and session handling, and identity provider policies such as conditional access and device trust.
  • Make the apps work in managed and BYOD environments, including MDM, MAM, managed app configuration, app protection policies and Android Enterprise work profiles.
  • Work with the Security and Admin teams to design admin-controlled data protection for downloads, sharing, copy/paste and screenshots, and emit reliable audit events for customer security tooling.
  • Represent mobile in enterprise security reviews and validate behavior on real managed and unmanaged devices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years shipping production mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin, with working knowledge of the other and a willingness to build cross-platform fluency, since you will own both iOS and Android.
  • Experience owning mobile CI/CD pipelines and release infrastructure, such as Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Gradle, code signing and staged rollouts.
  • You use AI coding tools every day to ship faster without lowering the quality bar, and you have clear views on structuring a codebase and toolchain so agents can work in it well.
  • Experience with mobile auth, such as OAuth 2.0/PKCE, OIDC/SAML, MSAL, ASWebAuthenticationSession, Custom Tabs, Keychain and Android Keystore.
  • Experience shipping OS integrations such as widgets, App Intents or Shortcuts, extensions and background work on at least one platform.
  • A startup mindset: you can take ownership of problems from infrastructure to UI details in an ambiguous environment.
  • Nice to have: experience migrating a hybrid or cross-platform app to native, or shipping in MDM/MAM-managed enterprise environments.
