Description

The company builds AI agents to transform the physical economy, a market the company puts at $12 trillion globally. It has raised $50M from General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain Capital Ventures.

The company aims to make the global supply chain more efficient by automating the manual work that slows supply chain teams down. Its flagship platform gives customers end-to-end visibility and control.

Many companies across the physical economy are looking to improve efficiency and are turning to the company. The team combines supply chain expertise with current AI capabilities, with the aim of building a $10B company. You would work alongside people from Google, DoorDash, YC and others.

This role puts production AI agents into some of the largest supply chain companies in the world. Success is judged by outcomes: getting systems live, keeping them reliable, and solving problems in environments you don't fully control. Each deployment shows the team how supply chain businesses operate, and the patterns you find can become product features.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact customer deployments from initial problem definition to production, designing, prototyping, building and shipping AI agents and workflows that change how work gets done and hold up at scale.
  • Own each deployment end to end, spending time with customers both remotely and on site.
  • Work inside customer workflows and build trust with operators, individual contributors and executives. Turn messy requirements into technical solutions that fix the root problem, not just the first request.
  • Connect agents to the systems, APIs and data customers already use, working with their engineering and operations teams around technical limits.
  • Make design decisions on agent behavior, application logic, data, evals, security and reliability, and set the patterns for deploying agents in production.
  • After launch, debug failures, measure and improve agent quality, and work with engineering and product to remove blockers.
  • Turn field learnings into reusable agents, integrations, evals and frameworks, and feed recurring needs and product gaps back to product and engineering.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience building and running production systems at high-growth startups or similarly demanding companies.
  • Solid experience with APIs, integrations, authentication and event-driven architectures.
  • A track record of debugging complex systems in production.
  • Able to work in ambiguous settings with little documentation and fast-changing requirements.
  • Strong communicator who can earn the trust of both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Direct experience working with customers is a strong plus.
  • Stack: the backend runs Node and TypeScript on Encore.dev, with event-driven design using message passing and queues, hosted on GCP. The database is PostgreSQL. Models come from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, plus fine-tuned models on Vertex AI. Browser automation uses Playwright. The frontend is Next.js, React and TypeScript, hosted on Vercel. Datadog handles logging and metrics.

Conditions

Full-time and onsite, five days a week.

The estimated salary is $135,000 to $180,000, based on experience and skill set. Final pay depends on experience, qualifications and location. Base pay comes with competitive equity, benefits and growth opportunities.

The company is in person, with offices in San Francisco, New York City and London. Select roles are open to remote hires across the U.S. Remote hires spend their first week at one of the offices, and the company covers the full trip.

Travel expectations are stated in each job description and confirmed in your first call.
