Software Engineer 1

Description

You'll join a new engineering team in Poland that is building software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.

The team builds secure, new software for clients in a fast-moving pharmaceutical field.

The role suits an early-career engineer who wants to build technical skills with mentors and try AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Fix straightforward bugs on your own once you've completed training.
• Build new features with a mentor's guidance.
• Write code in.NET and C within a modern engineering setup.
• Use Git to commit, branch, merge and open pull requests.
• Test your own code and form solid quality habits, including when you use AI tools.
• Keep growing your software engineering skills and your knowledge of the TMF space.

Requirements

• Around 1+ years of hands-on experience building software.
• Experience with Microsoft.NET and C.
• Comfort using Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Clear communication and a readiness to learn within a collaborative team.
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and in using them responsibly.
• A degree, bootcamp or ongoing study in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but not essential.

Conditions

This is a full-time remote role based in Poland, with an optional office in Lublin.
