Priorities shift as the team learns, so the work moves quickly and the path forward is not always clear.

The company uses a flexible, remote-first approach where employees choose where they work, with regular in-person events.

  • Own projects end to end, from technical design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
  • Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design discussions, automated testing, observability, documentation, and operational practices.
  • Help set the team's technical direction by spotting opportunities, testing new approaches, and sharing knowledge with teammates and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least five years of professional software engineering experience building and running production systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, and debugging distributed or highly scalable systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver software from concept to production.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly, take part in constructive reviews, and own complex projects.
  • Optional: experience building AI or machine learning products, platforms, or developer tools.
  • Optional: experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent automation, model serving, or related Enterprise AI technologies.
  • Optional: experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and production observability.
  • Optional: experience improving the reliability, performance, security, or cost efficiency of systems at scale.
  • Optional: experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and influencing decisions across teams.
  • Optional: experience working well in a fast-changing environment where priorities and approaches shift over time.
