The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its options trading desk. You will design, build and implement trading applications and tools as a core member of an algorithmic trading team made up of engineers, quantitative researchers and traders. The team tackles hard technical problems together and looks for programmers who want to build technology that directly affects the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain data-intensive desktop applications and reusable libraries in C and modern.NET
• Build and maintain systems that keep applications performant, sound and reliable with near-continuous uptime, including logging and traceability to support mission-critical production systems
• Profile and improve rendering, memory use, concurrency, reactive data pipelines and application startup time
• Work alongside quantitative researchers, traders and other developers
• Take ownership of software across its full lifecycle: design, implementation, automated testing, instrumentation, deployment, staged rollout and production support
• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools to speed up delivery, raise software quality and help evolve the team's engineering practices

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of professional software development, including substantial experience building C/.NET desktop applications
• A deep understanding of C UI development and its tooling
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment that keeps adopting new technologies and techniques
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and write high-level and mid-level architecture documents
• Awareness of emerging technologies and standards

Conditions

The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $250,000, depending on experience, qualifications and relevant skill set

The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
