Description

The company builds physical AI, meaning real-world robots for industries such as food, mining, and transport.

Its systems are designed to understand, predict, and control physical operations so they run more reliably, scale better, and yield more output.

The work combines robotics, hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate.

The team deploys robots into real environments, operates them, learns from that data, and improves them until they work at scale.

The team is made up of roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders.

Responsibilities

  • Run the on-site candidate experience from start to finish so interviews are well organized, attentive, and run smoothly.
  • Set up interviews involving several stakeholders across the global team and different time zones, including high-priority and executive-level searches.
  • Arrange candidate travel and visits, covering transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of details.
  • Plan and run recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.
  • Work with Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and improve the candidate experience over time.
  • Keep data in Greenhouse and GoodTime accurate and clean, catching inconsistencies before they cause problems.
  • Lead process improvements across recruiting operations, finding inefficiencies and carrying the fixes through yourself instead of only reporting them.
  • Write travel and event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, and keep them current as the team grows.

Requirements

  • You have 2, 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or a related role, including ownership beyond daily scheduling.
  • Experience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events is strongly preferred.
  • You are highly proficient in Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting and scheduling platforms.
  • You stay calm and use sound judgment when handling escalations, unclear situations, or last-minute changes.
  • You have a track record of finding process gaps and improving them on your own, not just following existing workflows.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and speaking and are comfortable representing the company to candidates, vendors, and partners.
  • You are collaborative and service-minded.

Conditions

The role is based in the Los Angeles office and requires working onsite five days a week.

The base salary range is $87,000 - $100,000 per year.

Actual pay is set individually and depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuter costs.
  • Discretionary vacation days.
  • 8 paid holidays per year.
  • Paid sick time.
