Senior Project Manager Commercial Developer

It is hiring Senior Project Managers for complex London schemes, covering research, process setup, project planning, team management, progress tracking, reporting and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out background research, gather data and benchmark performance.
• Set up effective processes and systems to use across the project.
• Write project plans and, where needed, lead teams.
• Track progress and other performance measures, and record them.
• Log and record changes as they happen.
• Write project communications.
• Produce formal progress reports and other reports.
• Work with clients, contractors and designers.
• Attend meetings and write up the minutes.

Requirements

• Have experience as a Senior Project Manager with a leading consultancy on large London sites.
• Have worked on residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Have successfully delivered a whole project or a large part of one.
• Have worked on projects of £20m++.
• Ideally hold a professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
