Senior Product Designers

Description

The company, which is the company Management Services, LLC, is hiring Senior Product Designers in Jacksonville, FL.

You will lead the design process and keep user-centered principles at the center of it.

The role involves in-depth user research, detailed user personas, and folding user feedback into the work to produce designs that are engaging, intuitive, and seamless.

You will work with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to turn the product vision into design strategies that are innovative, easy to use, and aligned with business goals.

You will build interactive prototypes and wireframes to show and test design concepts, and keep close communication with development teams.

You will mentor and guide a team of designers toward a creative and inclusive design culture.

You will run design reviews and give constructive feedback so deliverables are high quality and solve user problems well.

You will create, maintain, and grow design systems that keep design elements consistent, reusable, and cohesive across all products, including future initiatives.

You will explain design decisions and their reasoning to internal stakeholders and development teams so everyone shares the same goals.

You will adapt and revise designs based on feedback, usability testing, and changing project needs.

You will look for ways to improve workflows and processes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the job or a related occupation.
• That experience should include: using Figma to produce designs and manage design systems; using online whiteboarding and collaboration tools such as FigJam and Miro for collaborative design workshops; using Jira to track work in the software development lifecycle; planning and running moderated and unmoderated user research with tools such as UserTesting.com and User Interviews; producing product design work that shows your process, problem solving, and impact on end users, or holding an advanced degree in design; designing software applications for the financial industry; applying industry-standard design tools and UX/UI principles; and designing web and mobile-native apps using a design system.
• Alternatively, a master's degree in one of the fields above plus 1 year of experience with the same skills.
