Senior Networking PCIe Application Engineer

Description

The company supplies the computing infrastructure behind large supercomputers and AI factories, the kind of systems that run the AI tools people use every day.

The Networking Application Engineering team is hiring a PCIe firmware engineer who can work on new technology with real impact, working closely with customers and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Support new supercomputer and AI fabric technologies.
• Build trust with customers and learn what they need.
• Work with several R&D teams to build features for customers.
• Lead cooperation between teams across the company.
• Resolve complex problems, including high-visibility customer issues.
• Give engineering and marketing useful feedback on product requirements.

Requirements

• A B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of PCIe firmware development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers and executives.
• Nice to have: experience with PCIe switches.
• Nice to have: PCIe firmware development at a networking company.
• Nice to have: knowledge of PCIe, networking, Linux and scripting languages, plus experience solving in-depth problems.

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and other objective job-related factors.

Level 4 base salary range: 168,000 USD to 264,500 USD.

Level 5 base salary range: 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD.
