Requirements

• A JVM lover who really enjoys working with the latest technologies and design patterns
• Eager to solve complex technical challenges, especially in cloud-based environments and event driven architecture patterns
• Someone looking to work in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and helping each other
• Experienced within the Fintech industry
• Significant, professional server-side software development experience
• Solid experience programming using Core Java. Exposure to Java 25+ is a plus
• General familiarity with data structures such as sets, hashes, caches etc
• Experience developing Front Office financial systems, E-Trading and FIX
• Experience in delivering OMS/EMS/Exchange systems
• Exposure to equities trading & brokerage
• General knowledge of data injection/inversion of control
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)

• Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us
• We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• So here you will have three stage interviews:
• 1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
• 2- A zoom chat with one of our Java colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about your experience
• 3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). ​​During this interview, we will dig even deeper and you will have a pair programming task to do. You will also have a chat with our local director.
