  • Minimum: experience with quality systems, inspection methods, sampling plans, SPC or compliance requirements.
  • Minimum: a proven ability to work across several organizations and explain technical findings to varied audiences.
  • Preferred: an advanced degree or equivalent experience, or a professional certification in quality or reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience in new product qualification, failure analysis, SPC, defect reduction and semiconductor reliability methods.
  • Preferred: knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO, IATF, GMP or comparable frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience working with quality engineers across fabs to share best practices and align quality globally.
  • Preferred: proven use of AI-enabled productivity and engineering tools for analysis, document creation, knowledge search and data-driven decisions.
