Description

The team sits within a global go-to-market group but each member covers one local region. It supports an early-stage product line that the company is prioritising to reach product-market fit and fast revenue growth. Work spans one or more business units and industries within a client.

You are paired with an Account Executive who owns targets for the same product line. Together you build a plan across a set of accounts and create presentations, demos and other materials that help customers adopt the product in a meaningful way.

The company is the Data and AI company. More than 20,000 organizations worldwide, including 70% of the Fortune 500, use its Data + AI Platform to build data and AI apps, analytics and agents. Its head office is in San Francisco and it has 30+ offices around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Advise strategic customers on technical design, data engineering and model deployment for large data projects.
  • Work with GTM leaders and account teams to plan engagements and sales plays across your territory that grow AI adoption.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to CAIOs, CDOs and CTOs to build credibility and support product adoption and direction.
  • Run workshops and proofs of concept, and write customer materials that build technical knowledge and show the value of the company architecture for AI and agentic workflows.
  • Lead design and delivery of high-profile agentic AI use cases using the company Agent Framework, Agent Bricks and other AI capabilities, aiming for production use and measurable business results.
  • Set up evaluation and monitoring for agents using MLflow, LLM-as-a-judge, custom metrics and tracing, to keep improving accuracy, reliability and performance.
  • Turn field data and insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Serve as the tier-3 escalation point for the field on the hardest technical problems, protecting mission-critical customer projects.
  • Define and improve the qualification and POC intake process so engagements are well scoped and create little friction for R&D.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years in customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting roles, advising technical executives on ML and AI strategy and adoption.
  • You have built and deployed production-grade ML and generative AI applications for customers or enterprises.
  • You have hands-on experience building enterprise agentic AI solutions, including RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows, ideally with the company Agent Framework and Agent Bricks.
  • You understand how to evaluate agentic AI, including MLflow Tracing, LLM judges, custom scorers and methods for measuring quality, reliability and production performance.
  • You work confidently with frontier models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini, including deployment, optimisation and migration, as well as machine learning, LLMs and agentic workflows.
  • You are skilled at programming, debugging and problem solving with SQL, Python, Apache Spark, cloud platforms, Lakehouse architectures and AI tools.
  • You have worked with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting firms to deliver AI outcomes for customers.
  • You have hands-on experience building solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP and understand cloud-native AI platforms.
  • You hold an undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics or Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Conditions

The role is based in the EMEA region and covers a specific local territory.

Access to export-controlled technology or source code may be needed for the role. The company decides whether to apply for a U.S. government license for such roles and may decline an applicant on that ground alone.
