The company is hiring a Senior Director to build its Cybersecurity Transformation practice, working with large enterprises on multi-year security transformation programs.

This person reports directly to CISOs and executive leadership, designing and leading enterprise transformation programs.

Focus areas include security operating model change, AI-enabled automation, SOC modernization and next-generation security operations, enterprise roadmaps, and AI governance and risk management.

The ideal candidate has worked at a top consulting firm and has a record of selling and delivering large transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives and design target-state security operating models.
• Build multi-year cybersecurity roadmaps that tie to the client's business strategy.
• Advise clients on using AI and automation in their security programs.
• Define strategies for AI-assisted security operations and automated response.
• Guide clients in modernizing detection and response, finding efficiency gains through automation and platform consolidation.
• Build trust with CISOs and executive stakeholders.
• Lead proposals and shape complex consulting engagements.
• Lead consulting teams that deliver transformation programs.
• Help grow the company's cybersecurity advisory capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security leadership.
• Experience at a top consulting firm such as a Big Four firm or Accenture.
• A proven ability to sell, develop and deliver enterprise transformation programs, including roadmaps and operating models.
• Working knowledge of security automation, SOC modernization and emerging AI security risks.
• Executive presence and experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
