Description

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

In 2026, our team built an entirely new category of financial product in partnership with the U.S. Treasury — investment accounts for every child born in America. The app debuted at 3 in the App Store and 1 in Finance. Now we’re designing what comes next: new platforms and new experiences that will shape how future generations of Americans start building wealth. Getting every child invested early is how we continue to democratize finance for all.

As Senior Content Designer, you'll shape work from early concept through national launch, helping define the design direction for one of Robinhood's most visible product lines. Partnering with senior leadership, engineering, legal, research, data science, and marketing, you'll turn complex requirements into experiences that feel simple and trustworthy.

This role is for a content designer at the top of their craft who wants to make an impact on a national scale. Success looks like a generation of Americans entering adulthood already invested and confident in how money grows.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

  • Raise the bar for the broader content and design community through mentorship, reviews, or setting standards
  • Use AI tools to prototype, pressure-test content patterns, and speed up iteration, while applying your own judgment to keep quality high
  • Present rationale for decisions clearly and confidently
  • What you bring
  • Strong experience in content design, with a track record of building content systems and keeping terminology consistent at scale

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with many stakeholders
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations, including presenting to leadership
  • Attention to detail in both your work and how you present it
  • Comfort with ambiguity and tight timelines, with the confidence to speak up and shape product direction
  • Willingness and curiosity to use AI in your content work
  • Nice to have: experience in finance or education-related products, or 0 to 1 work inside a larger organization
  • This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents due to legal requirements.
