Senior Cloud Developer - Legacy Migration (Secret Clearance/TS Elgible)

This Software Engineering role supports a customer in Fairfax, VA, on a senior cloud developer position focused on moving legacy systems to the cloud.

The likely pay range is $153,000 to $207,000. It is not a guarantee. Pay depends on experience, geographic location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside this range.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and an agency-specific suitability determination.
• 6+ years of demonstrated experience moving legacy software applications to the cloud, including re-architecting them to use cloud native features and workflows.
• Demonstrated relational database experience with Oracle or an equivalent platform, focused on moving and re-architecting applications off legacy RDBMS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience keeping applications secure and maintaining cyber hygiene through continuous monitoring practices described in NIST SP 800-137, Information Security Continuous Monitoring.
• Experience in cloud computing, cloud development and software development.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience with.NET Framework applications is preferred.
• No certifications are required.

Conditions

Based in Fairfax, VA, with hybrid work available.

Scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Travel of 50-75% is required.
