Description

The business area is ContiTech, a materials specialist for industrial applications, with about 20,000 employees at more than 60 sites worldwide and sales of roughly 6.0 billion euros in 2025.

You will work with the business teams on SAP processes and intralogistics supply chain management across the business area.

Responsibilities

• Advise business teams on their requests and demands, and help them bring their processes together.
• Set standards for intralogistics operations and the technology that supports them.
• Design and improve SAP processes across all systems in the business area, keeping the architecture consistent and tied to stakeholder needs.
• Lead new technical enhancements and projects in intralogistics and SCM processes.
• Explain options and alternatives for technical changes, push for standard adoption, keep SAP use consistent, and share lessons learned and best practices on scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• A degree in industrial engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience gained over several years of hands-on work.
• Ten years of work in SAP supply chain management in a multinational setting, with solid knowledge of end-to-end SCM processes.
• A proven record of implementing SAP processes, including troubleshooting, in large automation projects for intralogistics design.
• Successful delivery of, or participation in, at least 3 global projects.
• Knowledge of SCM processes, both business and technical, is mandatory.
• Experience leading through influence and leading change, with clear communication.
• Experience working with senior management and global teams, with intercultural sensitivity.
