Senior Business Analyst with German - Requirements Engineer (f/m/x)

Description

The company is a technology center in Central and Eastern Europe, with its Bucharest office opened in January 2014 and still growing.

The team is building a new group of Senior Business Functional Analysts, who are also Requirements Engineers, to drive process automation across banking operations.

The team works in an international setting and picks up new technologies as it supports the company's businesses.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes with many stakeholders to identify what can be automated.
• Create BPM models, design data models and the structured data they need, and write user stories.
• Define how data is used in technical interfaces and help make APIs understandable.
• Give input to development teams.
• Build test scenarios, test cases and test data, and carry them out.
• Support go-live and the post-implementation phase.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Deep experience with German culture and banking processes such as garnishment, insolvency, lending, consumer finance and investment.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a Business Functional Analyst on IT projects across the full software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience modelling processes and using process automation tools such as BPMN, Adonis and Camunda.
• Knowledge of or experience in data modelling.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and take initiative on tasks.
• Independent and collaborative working style, with assertiveness and the ability to mediate.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to raise productivity and improve workflows, applying sound judgment to use data and AI output responsibly and ethically.
